What's The Best 'dawn Simulator Alarm Clock?'?

The best one should not make any clicking sounds when the light is activated. It should be gradual and make absolutely no noise, aside from the back-up noise alarm. If you know the worst one, please advise of that too. I’d like to avoid that one. Much obliged for answers!

Are Dawn Simulator Or Sad Alarm Clocks Any Good?

I have just started a new job where I have to get up when it is dark and am really struggling. I have thought about buying a ‘dawn simulator’ or SAD alarm to wake to a sunrise but am wondering if anyone has one? If so do they work? Which are good ones?
