						This light box really works. Not just for cloudy climates! I&#039;m here in sunny southern Cal and it really has helped my sleep cycle and getting rid of moodiness. It works on more than the retina. It works on the aura/magnetic field. Sit down legs crossed with a hooded jacket on. Now put the unit on behind you so you never see the light directly. You will have﻿ the same effect as putting it on a table top with peripheral vision to the light. do half table top/half chair right next to you. it works!
